First go to Tinypic.com

 
Find the picture on your PC where you saved it by clicking Browse

Once you have located your picture click the Upload Now button
You will then see this screen


Now, just highlight this link that says Direct Link for Layouts and then right click your mouse and select copy, you now have the link to your picture copied to your mouse, now you can paste this link where ever  you want.

how to take a screenshot

Here the way of taking a screenshot :-  You have to press a button on your keyboard its is called PrtSc SysRq press it whenever you want to take a screenshot of a page  Next open paint and press Ctrl+v The picture will be pasted there(in paint)  Next crop the pic the way you want  To show your screenshot on your blog you have to :-  click on 'New Post' below the title you will find a toolbar in that toolbar you will find 'insert image click on it and upload your pic  and after finishing the work on your post click on publish post.
